Cybersecurity is a Successfully Failure

I was attracted to this title “Cybersecurity is a Successfully Failure” found on John J. McLaughlin’s Enterprise IT News and Events https://www.linkedin.com/comm/pulse/storage-security-cxo-events-technology-foss-cloud-dell-mclaughlin

By ‘Solutions Successful in Destroying Security’, I mean ‘passwordless’ and ‘biometrics’ authentication schemes that are being touted by not a few security professionals, such big names as GAFAM and a number of credulous followers who are misguided to listen to wrong but large voices.

Hard to agree? — Spend a few minutes to have a quick glance at “Cognitive Pitfall over Password Removal” https://www.linkedin.com/posts/hitoshikokumai_passwordless-vs-mfa-whats-the-difference-activity-6958297761570058240-FW27

Perplexingly, most of those people are playing a positive role in other aspects of cybersecurity, although it should not make a justification of the above destructive phenomenon.
