Unbreakable Trust Presupposes Rejection of Falsehood
I am agreeable to the concept of “Leading Cybersecurity Requires an Unbreakable Trust”. I wish to add “Unbreakable Trust Presupposes Rejection of Falsehood” in view of the perilous falsehood spread among quite a few cybersecurity professionals.
At the top of the list is the false assertion that biometrics contributes to better security of digital identity. 2 minutes spent on this video should be enough for you to see the falsehood busted immediately and completely — “Biometrics in Cyber Space — ‘below-one’ factor authentication” https://youtu.be/wuhB5vxKYlg
This falsehood is followed by another falsehood — security enhancing effect of ‘passwordless’ authentication. Spend another 2 minutes on this post and you will get the seriousness of the problem — “Good where Security is Trivial and Peripheral”

Well, I have been encouraging those people for two decades to come back to me with compelling refutations and counterarguments, but given none up to this date, except for sporadic slurs and expletives. Hopefully, some of them now feel like attempting to silence me with a solid refutation.
